Work was professionally done; required four electricians for one day to complete the tasks. I appreciated the final touches such as painting the brackets installed and final clean up before ending the task and day. This was done without asking. I was comfortable letting the workers have unrestricted access to my home when I was not able to be present . . . . this is not the first time I have used the company for projects and each time I have been highly pleased.

While servicing our unit, the technicians discovered a problem that was easily fixed. They were on time, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jones has done many routine projects for me for a few years with great satisfaction. Due to a terrible mold problem, not their fault, they just completed a major replacement of all my duct work. It was a very large and difficult project in a crawl space. The entire crew was a pleasure and the work done was First Class. They even showed me a video of the completed work. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them. Many Thanks to everyone at Jones.
